One way to acquire a UAE Residency is to get a job!
To do this, people often choose several strategies: remote job search, job search upon arrival in the country and a recruiting agency.

With a remote search, you send your CV to sites and companies, and if your CV is of interest to an HR manager, you will be contacted by mail or by phone. Usually, the first interview is conducted online. If everything goes well, you will get an employment visa.

The second option is searching for job upon arrival in the UAE. This option is the most expensive, unlike the first, but more effective. In this case, it makes sense to send out CV indicating the exact location. At some point, you will be called for an interview, and you will be nearby!

The third option is the most reliable. A recruiting agency will advise you and help you correctly compose a good CV that will interest the employer.
Employment
A student visa is granted to persons over 18 years old who have enrolled in or are studying at accredited universities and colleges in the UAE.
A visa is issued for a year and can be extended for the same period.

A visa sponsor can be either educational institution or a parent of a student who has a resident visa.
Study in an educational institution
You are sponsored by a spouse or parent who is already a UAE resident
For male sponsors, the minimum salary to sponsor the family in the UAE is AED 4,000 ($1,095) or AED 3,000 ($817) if the employer provides accommodation. The type of profession does not matter, the most important criterion is compliance with the earnings limit.

There are also no restrictions on the type of profession for women, however, if a woman wants to become a sponsor of her husband or child, then the amount of her income must be more than AED 10,000 ($2,725).
The validity of the UAE visa for family members is dependent on the duration of the sponsor's visa. If the sponsor's visa is for three years, then the sponsor's relatives will receive the same duration.

When applying for a UAE resident visa for a child, the requirements are somewhat different for sons, daughters and adopted children. For example, you can only sponsor daughters if they are not married.

For sons, the sponsorship age limit is 18 unless the son is studying in the UAE or abroad. In this case, resident can sponsor the son up to the age of 21.
